Hi, we have receieved this error message in production when attempting to charge a subscription using a Link payment method: The connection to the user's Link account has been closed.
I cannot find any documentation explaining what this error means, so it's not clear to me if it should be surfaced as a user error (did they delete their Link account?) or it is something more infra related.
Hi there ๐ that error does mean that the Link account you were charging can no longer be used. Likely because the Link account was closed, or the specific funding source that you were given was removed from the account. You should bring your customer back on session to collect new payment method details from them.
