In any case, the email from the payment (if collected) is normally set on the Charge object in Stripe: https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object#charge_object-billing_details-email

I am, please be patient. You're going to need to speak to GoDaddy I'm afraid. We've no idea how their Stripe integration works – we can only help developers who build their own Stripe integrations
