๐ Welcome to your new thread!
โฒ๏ธ We'll be here soon! We typically respond in a few minutes, but in some cases we might need a bit more time (e.g., server's busy, you've got a complex question, etc.).
โฑ๏ธ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can start a new thread if you have another question.

Depends on how GoDaddy integrates with Stripe. Do you happen to have an example payment I can look at? pi_xxx?
I'm afraid that's not a Stripe ID, probably the reference from GoDaddy. Not useful here
ok
In any case, the email from the payment (if collected) is normally set on the Charge object in Stripe: https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object#charge_object-billing_details-email
Complete reference documentation for the Stripe API. Includes code snippets and examples for our Python, Java, PHP, Node.js, Go, Ruby, and .NET libraries.
Payout ID: po_1PMKEFAQ2Ap6UblIUsx4cNIw
its not currently collected, i want to enable it to be collected, thats all ๐
hello @distant epoch r u there ?
sorry you were showing offline for a second
I am, please be patient. You're going to need to speak to GoDaddy I'm afraid. We've no idea how their Stripe integration works โ we can only help developers who build their own Stripe integrations
ok it is no-code on my side - will check with them - thanks
