Your endpoint is responding with Redirecting... 308 status and not 2XX (successful)
Stripe has no control over your webhook endpoint... you probably need to double check your cloud integration and remove/fix that redirection so that it responds with 2XX status code.

There must be a reverse proxy or something behind your hostname that is redirecting
You probably should reach out to your hosting provider and double check

Fixed it - vercel redirects without www. requests to www.
