Assuming Stripe doesn't take feature requests, but it would be nice if there was a customer allow list or something, so I can allow this customer to bypass Radar rules instead of disabling the rule across the board if I wanted to let them pay with this payment method.

Gotcha. Noted on the allow list. In this case, since the zip provided by the customer doesn't match what the issuer has on file, Radar blocked the charge
