I am not getting an option to speak to anyone about this issue through the support/contact link above. I do not have an account to log into, it is a question about how to pull the state by state report for sales with address information

You would need to be able to log into the account. You can still email support even if you don't have an account though.
Unfortunately we don't have context on Dashboard reports
