Okay so it looks like you are first taking a payment on your platform and then attempting to charge that same PaymentMethod on your Connected Account, correct?

I am trying to create a payment on the Connected account "directly"
Since we use Spreedly, we tokenize with them and they are transferring the payment method data to you
so in either case, I create a token and then I am passing a stripe account id to "route" the payment to one account or the other.

So you'll need to reach out via the link at https://support.stripe.com/questions/enabling-access-to-raw-card-data-apis as the error says

And request that your platform is properly configured to pass raw PANs for Direct Charges
the Platform account has the raw card data toggled on
It only has it enabled to pass them on the platform account
That is why you see the current error
ok, so this blurb on https://support.stripe.com/questions/enabling-access-to-raw-card-data-apis where it says "If you are a Connect platform which requires this feature for connected merchants, you only need to enable it on the platform account."
