Hi 👋 no, as far as I'm aware there isn't an existing programatic way to track those limits or how close you are to them. I'll be sure to file feedback that this is something you'd be interested in seeing added in the future though.

The only approach coming to mind currently, is to speak with our Support team to see if they can tell you what those limits are:

Once you have those limits, you may be able to track your progress towards them for a given period of time on your end.
