Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

๐Ÿ‘‹ Welcome to your new thread!

thank you did you read the question?

first thing here, if you're doing 1 day vs 2 days prices to be able to simulate real life scenarios (e.g. 1 months vs 1 year) I highly suggest looking at Test Clocks

#

that is a better solution for you and you will end up using the right intervals and manage to advance time accordingly without having to wait for it

#

that said, if you have an issue with webhooks, would you mind sharing an Invoice ID or a subscription ID so I could take a look and see what happened?

tired slate
#

yes i have used test clock also but why invoce.created webhook is not in the list test clock has not dealing with this problem i think

#

sure here is the invoice id in_1PMT1RIQVJgQbJIflFi8EpBY

obtuse palm
#

thanks taking a look

#

I can see that you already received the invoice.created webhook event

tired slate
#

the link you have sent me was created on may 30 2024 but the new invoce date is jun 2 2024

obtuse palm
#

that's for the invoice ID you sent me

tired slate
#

did you get the scenerio? i was on pro 2 days paid $99 then shifted to 1 day coast $9 i have balance in my account that's why no amount was charged if i am doing some thing wrong then guide me how can i handle this case

obtuse palm
#

if you're using test clocks it's normal that the billing period is in the future

#

I'm not sure what's the problem here

#

what happened here is that the 90$ are being added to the customer's credit balance

tired slate
#

according to the invoice id creation date it was created on may 30 but because my subscription is of day base there should be an invoice of june 1 and 2 right?

#

but i can not see any webhook triggered on jun 1 and 2 for this user that my invoice has been created

obtuse palm
#

the clock advances each day as normal if you don't manually advance it

tired slate
#

but i have not used clock or advanced time for this user

obtuse palm
#

there was a test clock associated to this customer

#

yes you didn't advance the time but it gets advanced automatically

#

for you
