Given how Subscriptions are work in Stripe, it would be rather difficult.
Do you want payments to be processed on the next business day? Or the previous business day?
You can always update the billing_cycle_anchor, however this might create prorations that are harder to manage: https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/update#update_subscription-billing_cycle_anchor
