the "can't login" option is replicating issue, attempting multi-factor authentication, and refusing to not connect me into log in page to connect with agent.

I cannot access support in light of it, so the link provided is not available.

Additionally as I've pushed the pin request so many times, i'm not locked out, and I have customers requiring refunds
