hello Tarzan. Yes, it's truly unfortunate. It's been three weeks since we escalated this issue to support, and it seems they haven't even begun working on it yet.
I truly understand and really are appreciative of your patience while we try to get to your case. but unfortunately I can't really help you with your issue. I sure hope that someone would get back to you as soon as possible
