hello! you'll want to look into Separate Charges and Transfers instead : docs.stripe.com/connect/separate-charges-and-transfers
essentially, you will create the Checkout Session on your own account, then create Transfers to transfer the funds to multiple connected accounts

but I wanted to have it be automatic, so the funds, as they were coming in, be split out. is that possible? that is why I had chosen the destination charge on. I would rather it not even hit our stripe account first and then get transfered.

if you want to transfer only to a single connected account, that's possible with destination charges. To transfer to multiple connected accounts automatically is not something we currently support. You'll have to implement it with Separate Charges and Transfers
