Hello
To clarify -- you have a Payment Link and it isn't using your currently-set branding?
Yes correct 🙂
Can you provide an example Payment Link ID that I can look at?
This is the branding I chose for my account
This is the branding that has appeared - my old branding.
These are created for two different connected accounts
Okay so that Payment Link was created on your Connected Account so it uses the branding set on that account, not your platform's branding.
So how have they chosen my old branding, is that an option for them to chose our branding?
So you do have the feature enabled to copy your platfrom branding over for new Connected Accounts
But for your already-created ones you need to update their branding specifically via https://docs.stripe.com/api/accounts/update#update_account-settings-branding

Thank you I am going to check
This may take me a few hours - can I come back to this thread?
