You might want to ask Caspio why it didin't capture the funds.

It's the same for pi_3PLtgtJIZMU3ql7X1VITpnt0, the funds wasn't captured and the paymentIntetn was cancelled.
From Stripe's end I don't see any errors, so I don't understand why Caspio presented a "Speeding limit" message to you, you should check with them.
