Okay, but in your integration are you passing the parameter I just mentioned? The error you're getting seems to indicate you're not.

I'm not passing. If I set this parameter to null - nothing happens. If I set other values - I don't see paypal button
if null - I see the button, but payment intent is not triggered

Do you have PayPal recurring payments enabled in the Dashboard?
