Hello! Sounds like you're on the right track, but for Balance Transactions on a connected account you need to make the API requests on the connected account, not on your platform. See here for details: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/authentication
I tried $stripe->balanceTransactions->retrieve($payout->balance_transaction, ['stripe_account' => $account]);
But was given an error that stripe_account isn't one of the parameters
I figured it out, the options are after params so I needed an empty array between the transaction ID and the options
Thanks for the help though
The array containing stripe_account needs to be the third argument, not the second argument... yeah. ๐
Is there a way I can find the payments/charges that were grouped to form the payout?
"id": "txn_1PLmxuBDB5CwDxFiH5ykiaPG",
"object": "balance_transaction",
"amount": -6099,
"available_on": 1716990894,
"created": 1716990894,
"currency": "usd",
"description": null,
"exchange_rate": null,
"fee": 0,
"fee_details": [],
"net": -6099,
"reporting_category": "payout",
"source": "po_1PLmxuBDB5CwDxFiJSkwP3Yk",
"status": "available",
"type": "payout"
}```
Neither the payout data or balance transaction data seems to contain anything I can use to find this
Yeah, have a look here: https://docs.stripe.com/expand/use-cases#charges-in-payout
