It looks like the last payment on that payment method got a decline where we won't automatically try more payments on that payment method. You will want to collect new PaymentMethod info from this user https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/events/evt_3PLnmrDctjpeG88z3vsrb30W

The bank decline reason is visible in that event under decline_code. Only the bank knows the exact reasons for the decline code that they sent us. The cardholder can contact their bank if they believe that that decline is incorrect
