If you use Tax Rates API, the rate should be static: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/taxes/tax-rates

yeah the rates is static. If i am providing the price id in my request, then it implies my rates are static right ?

Not sure what you mean. The Price doesn't directly impact the tax rate.
