and yes, those fields are generally required , see https://docs.stripe.com/connect/required-verification-information . If the connected accounts are not acting as merchants, maybe consider a different integration model like Express with only the transfers capability as it has less KYC requirements, if that's possible(it might not be depending on your geography).
