That's correct. If you don't set an API version using the Stripe Header, the version used will be your account's default API version

btw, i can only upgrade to latest api version on stripe dashboard, right?
so if I want to upgrade an endpoint to a version that is not the latest one, i'd better to set header to force it using that version.
