Typically payouts are automatic based on the schedule configured on the account. You can manually trigger one if you prefer: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/manual-payouts

You need to onboard/verify the accounts. Simply creating the account is not sufficient: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/onboarding/quickstart

- Did Stripe Connect available in Thailand?
- Is that support only "standard" type in "Thailand"?
- Can we add Thai bookbank account into Stripe Connect?
- Can we make payout into Thai bookbank account from Stripe Connect?
