The invoice will be finalised one hour after the creation: https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/overview#invoice-lifecycle

Payment Intent and its client secret from the invoice will only be available after the invoice is finalised.

If the subscription is set to collection_method: charge_automatically, Stripe will attempt to collect the payment automatically. You shouldn't need to confirm the payment manually
