Hey @hidden portal I don't know much about S3 unfortunately. What we need is for your URL to be publicly accessible really.

Yeah, that's definitely the easiest and seems to be working, but some users might not want their image to be publicly available.

I'm not sure I follow why. But ultimately it's definitely required. We cache those images ourselves but we need to access them to cache them

We are building software for photographers to design and sell albums, and some of the photographers do "boudoir" sesssions, and the thumbnails representing those products are created from actual images in their projects, so, in short, there might be some nudie thumbnails.

Of their customers.

Hmmm you might want to nudge them to use "stock photos" for what they sell instead of specific/real pictures. I don't know much about our terms of services but you likely also want to make sure we can support this with our support team: https://support.stripe.com/contact

Yes, or maybe we can make inclusion of the thumbnail image optional for the line item.

yep that too!

#

especially if they are private pictures. Since we cache those in our systems that doesn't sound great for your use-case

Okay, thanks for your help. I'll let my boss know we need to go another route.

This discord help server is awesome though. I'll definitely be back! Thanks so much!
