Seems like you are getting caught in the logic mentioned here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/setting-mcc?connect-account-creation-pattern=typed#mcc-manual
Similar to an MCC that’s set automatically, Stripe can override an MCC set manually if the connected account is flagged for review and we determine the MCC is inaccurate.
So this isn't really something I can help with
If you believe that account had the correct MCC previously set or want more information for why it was flagged for review then you'll want to reach out to our Support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact/login about this.
