When you say disabled, what UI are you seeing? Are you an administrator on the account or do you have a different role assigned?

I think you can only edit this in live mode
Try toggling the switch on the top

oh really? So you can't test it first in test mode? It has to be edited live first?
that works toggling live allows me to edit now

Some settings are shared between both modes, so yeah it has to be edited in live mode.
