Hello! When you receive the charge.refunded Event grab the Charge's ID, then retrieve that Charge from the API with refunds expanded: https://docs.stripe.com/api/charges/object#charge_object-refunds

If your goal is the Balance Transaction on the Refund, you can expand refunds.data.balance_transaction to get the Charge, Refunds, and Balance Transactions in a single API request.

We removed refunds from Charges by default in API version 2022-11-15: https://docs.stripe.com/upgrades#2022-11-15
