Are you using a customer with an email taht belongs to your team members of your Stripe Account?

my stripe account use mail like zigomario@free.fr
And my customer mail is like zigomario+21051@free.fr
I understand that for the smtp server is considered the same user, but could you try usse exactly the same address ?
