Hello! I believe we had temporarily disabled it, but it should be re-enabled now - if you were to try now w/o the same idempotency key you were using before I belive it would work

Agh I'm so sorry - I misread the flag on our end that controls this and flipped it in my brain. Looks like we're currently investigating some issues with instant payouts so it's been temporarily disabled.

Just to close things out - they aren't able to guarantee a specific timeline for when this'll be fixed yet. If things continue to be degraded they'll likely post an update to the status site at https://status.stripe.com/ but personally I'd recommend writing into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) so that weh ave your contact info and can let you know when things are working again
