Hi there
Hi
I think this might help but only if you need help setting up the Subscriptions using existing recurring charge details from your database:
https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/migrate-subscriptions
https://docs.stripe.com/billing/subscriptions/import-subscriptions-toolkit
Hmmm. That looks like it will help with the migration when we pull over the remaining users from our old system, but I don't see anything about how (or if) it includes/handles historical data.
Can you clarify what you mean exactly by "metrics reporting in Stripe"?
If there are specific Dashboard reports or graphics you're referring to, it may be best to reach out to our Support team, as we're not experts on reporting in this channel: https://support.stripe.com/contact/
For example the MRR and Subscriber reports in the Dashboard, however we'd also consider Sigma if that was needed for the historical data. But ultimately the question is really about syncing historical data and enriching the data on those past transactions, so I don't think Support is going to be able to help much.
Support may be able to advise on reporting options and how to best reconcile these. The issue seems to be that this payment data is in Stripe but the grouping of it doesn't give you a full picture of MRR/active subscribers
