It is the typical authorization approval call but you provide the connected account's ID so that you make the call as that account https://docs.stripe.com/api/connected-accounts
"No such" errors typically happen because the object exists on your connected account but you are trying to access it as your platform (or vice versa)
So do I make call something like this ( stripe.issuing.Authorization.approve("iauth_1MvSKeLkdIwHu7ixKr8rO1HV", stripe_account="acct_1032D82eZvKYlo2C"))? By passing the connect account id in the stripe_account param
What client library are you using? (Node?) I think some libraries allow setting stripe_account per call like that
