Hi ๐
I don't know what a "nonstop" banking account means.
The Transfers API is used to transfer funds from one Stripe Account to Another. What is the funds flow you are trying to achieve?
You can connect your Stripe Account to an external account (bank acocunt) you control and generate payouts to it.
We also have a suite of products for Banking as a Service. Specifically Treasury covers a lot of money movement flows: https://docs.stripe.com/treasury
But it's a complicated topic
My platform receives payments for a transporter, who completes the delivery. Once the customer confirms the delivery, I transfer the payment from the buyer to the transporter's account. Am I paying double transaction fees since there are two transfers?
what is it the same %3 fee each time?
Unfortunately we aren't going to be able to advise you on fees here. We focus primarily on coding integrations with the APIs. For information about how fees are collected and how to avoid being double charged, I recommend you reach out to Support: https://support.stripe.com/contact
Happy to shed what ๐ก I can ๐
