like you said, you can restrict a discount to a specific Product, but not to a specific Price.

but if you have only one Price per Product, then using the Product restriction would be similar to a Price restriction.

ok, I only wanted to double check whether its really not doable. Sometimes things are doable through the CLI that the UI does not allow

yes, you can see in the API reference to create a Coupon here, there is a applies_to.product property but not a applies_to.price.
