You have to register both domains if they don't have the same origin.

Both the domains are registered. But still it doesn't work for < iOS 17

Do you have an Account ID I can look at?

Also, what are the domains you registered?

I think I found the issue @outer smelt

Our application domain is A, which renders an iframe with origin B which internally uses an iframe with domain C that renders a stripe Element. Currently only A and C are registered. I'll get B also added. Do you think anything else would be needed after that?
