I'm looking at your API calls and I don't see you ever calling the product list endpoint API in livemode on that account that owns that product. Maybe you have the API keys mixed up?

yeah that is a different Stripe account.

you have two different Stripe accounts, prod_Q4IaKW3RVjTqgP is on one of them, but that API call you're making with the API keys of the other account, so it's not returned, naturally.
