Do you have a screenshot of the page where it's happening?
and you're not the developer of a Stripe App yourself? you're just trying to, as a user install someone else's app?
I don't know what "the 'stripe-connect-app-install' component" is. Possibly it's some private beta my team has no knowledge on!
