yes you would need Stripe Connect

#

and you would then create the customer and collect their payment method on the platform and then you can clone the customer across the different connect accounts https://docs.stripe.com/connect/cloning-customers-across-accounts

One is my account and one is our suppliers account which we have to pay directly them

so i have api keys for the account but dont have dashboard access to it

oh in that case why don't you just connect your supplier's account to your own

and then just use the transfer API to pay them off
