currently in the business settings on the stripe dashboard I have successful payments and refunds toggled off, so I want to confirm if I need to toggle those on in order for customers to get updates when they initiate their subscription and when a subscription is ended

from the API side, when I update a subscription to cancel at period end I will still get a webhook that indicates that the state of the subscription is no longer subscribed at period end correct?
