How do I ensure I haven't been opted out?
I am just wondering if we need to implement a seperate google recaptcha, since we got warned about Card testing (but have since seen our 402s plummet once we got rid of some bad "Allow" rules)

Hmm you would need to work with our Support team for them to check on your account to ensure you weren't opted out -- but unless you explicitly requested it at some point in the past then you would not have been opted out.
The other way to double check is to look at some of your PaymentIntents from your integration
