So basicly what I'm asking is when a user downgrades from a yearly plan to a monthly plan, should his next renewal change from next year to next month?
Because our app is giving gems(just a currancy in our app) for there subscriptions, if he takes monthly he will pay less, but he will get gems monthly, and if he is paying yearly he will get all the gems at once and the next time he will get it when he renew the subscription year after that
And if the subscription is not active, the user can't spend the gems on the website or use community pages.
Lets say that the user pays 170$ for a yearly subscription and then he realise he wish to change it to 17$ a month. He will get the gems for 170$ allready, and when he changes to monthly should I first wait a year to change him or should I change him immediately
I hope I made the question understandable
