Hello! You should be able to update the default_payment_method on the Subscription to a SEPA Payment Method via the API: https://docs.stripe.com/api/subscriptions/update#update_subscription-default_payment_method

And what if I'd like to add a new SEPA direct debit account, that is not yet exists on the account ?

Let's say I'd like to provide a payment update link to a customer, but would like not to restrict his choice to credit card only
