Crypto onramp is still in beta. If you've not submitted an application then you'd need to submit one prior to getting access to the endpoints: https://docs.stripe.com/crypto
If you've already submitted the application and have been granted the access then I'd recommend reaching out to our support team as they're better equipped to help with beta features

I don't know to be honest. We don't know much about betas on discord. As far as I can tell, this beta has strict requirements due to regulatory requirements. You can talk to the support team to see if there's a way to bypass that (which I don't believe is possible but doesn't hurt to try)
