Hello! When you say terminal, do you mean an in-person payment made with Stripe Terminal?
As far as I can tell we dynamically route to a particular network at the time of the transaction, and there isn't a way to know before the transaction takes place. I believe this is the case for both online and in-person payments: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/eftpos-australia#identify-which-network-a-payment-was-processed-on
