Not that I know of. All automatically created invoices would have a 1 hour window where it remains in a draft status though, so if you need to perform actions on it, you can listen to the invoice.created webhook and perform operations to it in that 1 hour window via your webhook handler

can that one hour be expanded on a per subscription level? or is that not configurable
