that doesn't seem like something we could help you with here really, I'd suggest contacting Woocommerce or https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true . It's just a normal decline/error(the customer entered a card that is expired).

these are just bank declines. you can ask your customers to contact their bank, or try a different payment method.

Hi Soma, its very strange issue as such 1st time when user tries to make the payment, it gives 'card decline' error and the very next moment when user tries again with same card. . the payment is going through as 'success'
