couldnt be, the payments from that checkout session are logged on my dashboard

is it because my pricing table is for a recurring sub and the paypal "Recurring payments" is pending still?

Potentially – but according to the logs and the Dashboard settings I'm looking at PayPal is disabled

I mean I think you're figured out that it's not enabled for recurring payments so if your table includes subscriptions then it's unlikely to work
