OK, you can retrieve the invoice that associated with the paymentIntent and look for its billing_reason https://docs.stripe.com/api/invoices/object#invoice_object-billing_reason
If it's subscription_create, then it means it's the first invoiec when subscription was created
If it's subscription_cycle, then it's the invoice from subscription renewals
