Hello, we can't set things like IC+ pricing for accounts on this server you can consult our support team for that https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Checking our account update API's payout settings, I only see options for setting the schedule, statement descriptor, and whether negative balances should be debited. Being able to set net vs gross may have to be a feature request that you raise with our support team.

as in if i want to set a merchant to 2.9% and another to 3.5% do i have to do all the calculations or can you manage all the logic for me
