Hello, everything happens correctly until I submit the card details, authorise it on my phone, and then get this - nothing is debited from my account, it jsut fails.

Looking at the request you shared, the related payment intent failed with an error message of An error occurred while processing your payment. Try again in a little bit.
Yes it;s weird because the same card worked for another Indian business website where I paid via stripe in INR, but it fails for my product
Nothing about the error suggests it was due to failed mandate collection. I recommend retrying the payment with the customer.
Can you share the request ID for that Checkout Session? Or Session ID?

Hmmm - well I did do it, I was connected to a support assistant who just said this seems like a bank issue and there's nothing we can do. It was dissapointing, but is there something I can tell them (like why you think there is a configuration issue) so that they can help fix my issue this time
