Hi ๐
Can you clarify what you mean by "transition"?
yes i would love to get ACH payment methods & customers moved from bill.com to Stripe
as we want to move all of our billing operations into Stripe
Okay, are you planning on coding this migration yourself?
Using the Stripe APIs?
We have a clear doc on migrating customer data here: https://docs.stripe.com/get-started/data-migrations
It is somewhat brief and light on details though
well we can do this ourself if needed, not sure if there is an easy way to get the data out or what data we would need to get out of bill.com
is it just the PAN data?
And account/routing numbers for ACH
But you can also reach out to Support and inquire about a Stripe-handled migration.
I recommend getting the details about both the self-managed API-based migration and the Stripe-managed migration so you can make an informed decision about what is best for your customers and your business.
