What could be causing cache or something issue?

That means you have some filters applied in your Stripe Dashboard

Make sure to disable all the filters in that case

I started export with no filters, it wasn't working. So I manually applied filters with all export stages.
Either way it works with incognito.
There is video in one of the support cases, that might reach you at some point

The filter was applied before your started the export. The export is impacted with any fitler you made on the preview screen.

If I choose date range "custom" and do 2024-01-01 2024-05-12 - those entries are missing
